How long will it take to receive my final images and/or videos?

Photos: Turnaround time is 24 – 48 hours. Final images can be viewed in your dashboard and you will be notified via email once images are ready.

Video: The production time of our high quality video production does vary based on what type of video we are producing. However, most of our Real Estate productions need a minimum of 3 business days to complete, and can go up to 5 business days or longer based on how complex the production becomes.

No, we do not. We pick and choose the best images for you and deliver them conveniently to your email via our portal in 2 versions; MLS/WEB & PRINT versions. Any other images that you would like us to deliver or capture can be requested prior to our scheduled photoshoot.
Elevated Studio only shares a non-exclusive license on Real Estate Property Images. Clients do not have any ownership rights on the media provided, only the non-exclusive license of using them for marketing through the term of their active listing. ANY other usage or terms must be run by and approved BEFORE to the photo session via email.
Yes we do! Our fantastic editing team will touch up all the images ensuring all necessary corrections are made.
We use industry-standard professional Sony Mirrorless cameras. Our equipment includes high quality prime and telephoto lenses along with DJI’s Mavic drones for aerial shots. In addition, we carry a variety of accessories including professional lens filters, tripods, etc.

Once the listing has been delivered, you will see a “Pay Now” option in both the download center and the listing edit page. Invoices are attached to your appointment and can be viewed in your dashboard.

For any listing that contains an order with an outstanding balance, Property Websites will sit behind a paywall prompting the client to complete payment before they can view the site!

We accept ACH payments, cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as forms of payment. In addition, we also accept payment via PayPal*, Zelle, and Venmo.

You have 2 rounds of revisions to make any changes. Any additional revisions, will incur a fee.
Yes, outside a 25 mile radius or outside of Broward county, FL.
No. However, if there are any last minute requested on-site, we will have to charge accordingly. We always do try and get any charges approved before they are incurred. We ask that you do make sure your requests are made before or when our confirmation email is sent. We do not want our clients to have any surprises or unexpected costs.
Assets are considered investments. We ask that you consider photos and videos as marketing assets that have a return on your investment once you have sold your listing to the right buyer. We create assets that will get the right buyer to your listing.

You have the right to use the provided media for the duration of the property listing. If you need to use them beyond that, just let us know, and we can discuss extending the usage period.

Permitted Uses

You're allowed to use the photos for marketing, advertising, and promotional materials related to the specific property captured.

Restrictions

While you have a lot of freedom to use the photos, there are some things you can't do. You can't let someone else use the photos, sell them, or use them for things not related to the property you're showcasing.
